At Yoré™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

We offer returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at myyorehelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:
– We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons
– Refunds are not guaranteed on orders that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to incorrect address input
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable
